Teaser: Filo Sighting

I cataloged a new(ish) audiobook at work today: Someday, Someday, Maybe by Lauren Graham (of “Gilmore Girls” and “Parenthood” fame).  It took me a minute to see it, but once I did, I immediately put the book on hold.

What is it, you ask?  Why, this:

While viewing the PDF from the audiobook would be cool, I figured it was better to put the actual book on hold, as I’m assuming there will be more than one mention of Filofaxes.  So once I have to the book in hand, with pages flagged for discussion, I will be sure to discuss them here.

  1. I've read this... And there are not only lots of Filofax mentions, between chapters there are filofax pages from the character's filofax!

    1. Hence why the book would be better than the audiobook, even though there is a PDF of the pictures. I can't wait to read it!

    1. That would be awesome! Maybe we can sneak in a word or two about Philofaxy. ;-)

Actually, I couldn't wait for the book, as I was number 4 on the list. I bought it this weekend and have already started it.

    1. Thanks for your comment, Claudia. The first thing I did when I picked up the book was to browse all of the Filofax sample pages. It's definitely not the same as looking at a real Filofax, but fun nonetheless!

    1. I've never watched Gilmore girls or parenthood, so I can't say I'm a fan of hers (though, I'm not not a fan). But I can't wait to get through the book. Too bad I don't have a lot f reading time - only a few pages at a time.
